Job Description:
Develop thorough understanding of Genomatics services, potential customers and competitive landscapes
Identify and articulate compelling value propositions for product positioning with customers
Manage sales process from definition to release to customers in close cooperation with management and other support teams inside Genomatics
Construct customer specific presentations for sales and marketing
Develop and create multi-level technology marketing materials to position services / products with existing and potential customers
Build and support technology related collateral and support website design / content partnering closely with Outbound Marketing and Enterprise Marketing teams
Work with Solution Marketing, Engineering and Sales teams to develop high level product strategies to grow Genomatics's business
Devise and edit content for various digital marketing platforms including video content, writing BLOG posts, landing page design, working knowledge of SEO, SEM, CMS, CRM or lead management systems, Email and SMS Marketing, Social Media Marketing,running ad campaigns,
Investigate and understand service or product road maps for competing technologies and contribute to roadmaps for various services/products designed
Become a primary liaison between Genomatics and the customer
Skills Required:
Candidate should posses the following skills,
Market research and analysis, competitive analysis, consumer behavior, customer analysis, business ethics,
service or product management, brand management, advertising, digital marketing and e-commerce. Also needed are
skills in meeting Genomatics's sales targets, preparing reports and working with network of wholesalers and
retailers.
Education Required
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Biotechnology or Bioinformatics or Computer Engineering or Graduation in any field Plus
MBA in Marketing / Sales or MBA in Health or Pharmaceuticals or Biotech is mandatory.
Experience Required
More than 6 years in professional positions in sales & marketing of similar industry.
Solid understanding of technology, domain and the business processes of the domain
Must be able to travel up to 20% both domestically and internationally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and flexibility to work within different cultures
Advanced Microsoft Office toolkit including Power Point Presentations
Desirable Skills & Experience
Some experience in service/product management or service/product marketing in the life sciences/health/pharma industry
Experience in working across cultures

We are currently looking for Software Developers with experience in developing J2EE Applications using Frameworks.Must have experience developing at least one Enterprise application end-to-end. Candidate/s should be skillful enough to take the project through complete cycle using waterfall model.Should be able to pickup required latest technologies and be able to create functional, web based, database driven scalable applications using J2EE and open source technologies.
Skills:
1. J2EE programming using JSF or Struts, Hibernate or Toplink, XHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS is a must
2. Experience with Glassfish Application Server or its equivalent, and Tomcat, Apache Webserver is required
3. Experience with MySQL v 5.x or an equivalent transactional open source or commercial database
4. Experience with Servlets, JSP, JDBC is good to have
5. Have to be Skilled in database design (ER diagrams), business analysis, requirements capturing(SRS) , UI design, UML etc.,

We are currently looking for a System Administrator who can work with us part-time.
Should be well experienced in management of Unix/Linux based Systems. Should also be able to manage Windows based Systems and possess network,security administration skills.
- Linux administration of any Unix flavour like Ubuntu,CentOS,Fedora etc..both Desktop versions and Server versions, which includes installation of systems, upgradation, installing patches, user account management, security tasks such as log file monitoring for user activity etc...
- Should have good knowledge of RAID, and be able to choose the right configuration as per the needs of the system
NAS Storage administration which is mainly used for backups of system through control panel. Knowledge of Netgear NAS Storage administration is an advantage. - Installation of any needed applications and software needed by the developers, and other employees.
- Should be able to do tasks based on the IT policy of Genomatics, and adhere to strict naming conventions
- Network monitoring for security of the company, firewall management, and any proxy server management required is a must
- Good knowledge of database backups and restoration is a must. It is mostly MySQL and open source databases that are being used.
- Knowledge of Web server administration, Application server administration, Database Servers and Code Versioning Systems/servers administration
- Monitoring backups, data security, accounts access and creating regular log files, reports for the senior management as per the IT policy of the company
- Email Server configuration, maintanence and backup
- Should have good knowledge in shell/PERL scripting running cron jobs so as to manage the systems.
- Should have knowledge and experience in Virtualization and manage/administer cloud infrastructure like aws or google cloud.
